January 14th 2011: Residential Property Assessment Evaluation Service Now Available (The Super Comp).

Apple Miner, Inc. has launched a new program to help home owners potentially reduce their Property Assessment. By doing this, the home owner's property and school taxes can be reduced. We provide 20 or more comparables that match your home as close as possible from the township that you live in. Not only do you get a report for your property like the one below, but we also provide you the assessment value of your property and neighbors nearby to see if their assessments have gone up like yours.

Example of the Apple Miner Super Comp (requires Adobe PDF 7 reader or higher). This home owner had their assessment reduced by $88,400 on a property assessed at $390,000. They are now saving over $2,700 a year in school and property taxes (The owner did ask us to remove the township from the report).
