Coverage
The following chart reflects what data is available for each individual county within New York State. We list the date of the latest updates. Sales transfers are added to all counties at least 10 times annually. The following provides a synopsis of the data elements referenced in the chart:

• Sales Updates:  January 5th, 2026
  Sales transfers are updated and appended to all counties periodically. The date listed above reflects when new transfers were added to all counties. However, more current sales may be included in a county that recently had the ‘main assessment data’ updated.

Main Assessment Data:
The comprehensive assessment data for a county, or cumulatively of it’s townships, is normally collected and processed annually.
